Brief
Concept:
Child- friendly bathroom accessories for kids between the age of THREE to TEN years.
The inspiration of a concept of child-friendly is taken from the UNICEF's initiative of child-friendly schools in Africa to give strength to the kids and boost their confidence in life.
These accessories will help parents to handle their child in a morning's busy schedule and also boost the child's inner confidence to work independently.
Why Ceramic ?
Ceramic is easy to clean, odourless, weathering proof and hygienic material. The vulnerability of material is that it breaks easily but if it is handled carefully it lasts for several years, it has high strength and hardness.
This type of material will help to stimulate material sensitivity in kids since their childhood and it will generate the feeling of responsibility in their minds.
1.Terracotta toy for kids, 2.Clay buffalo on wheels, 3.milk bottles for babies. Since ancient time humans were using clay to produce child products.

Visiting different houses from various economic groups around the Ahmedabad help me to understand the use of variety of objects and material.
Problem finding and study
Many people who use the plastic products changes them every 2 to 3 years. Some people are using the same bathroom space for entire family and because of space constrained issues they use same accessories for everyone.
Existing product problems:
Water accumulation in Soap containers and toothbrush containers. Space to store toothpaste and tongue cleaners

After doing primary research on different areas it brought some new areas which can be included and solve in the ongoing projects.
